SSRP Fellow Strength Coach
Anthony Castore is a strength coach with nearly 30 years in the field and the first non-physician Fellow at the Seeds Scientific Research and Performance Institute (SSRP). He is the founder of CastoreCore, where he works with high-performing athletes and complex cases at the intersection of cellular medicine, peptide therapeutics, and mitochondrial function.
His coaching foundation was built inside some of the most demanding rooms in the field, including the Poliquin Performance Center, Westside Barbell, and roughly two decades working alongside Dr. Eric Serrano. That background, paired with the Dr. William Seeds methodology, shapes how he approaches performance today: triage the problem upstream at the level of cellular metabolism before reaching for interventions, respect redox balance, and find the simplicity that lives on the far side of complexity.
Anthony recently delivered a keynote at the Peptide World Congress built around a single idea: you can’t out-hack your biology. His work is mechanism-first and deliberately anti-hype, translating dense cellular science into something a curious person can actually use.
