Now I'm able to recognize it when those thoughts are so loud, so loud to where I'm like, oh, about I'm not good enough, I can't do this, or or I can't trust this person, and and whatever old patterns that we have to really work hard to shift.

So I'm not wanting you to get to that point where your body is speaking really loud, where it's gonna be a lot of work and repair.
